Otherwise you may send message “install” to 54626 If I have a WAP GPRS can I use the service? If you have installed the service on your Cell Phone you will not be able to work with a WAP GPRS. If you work via the URL (for Delhi MTNL Users)http://cell.MobiFlexi.com/mtnl and (for Mumbai MTNL Users)http://mum.MobiFlexi.com/mtnl without any installation you can use WAP GPRS. How do I install on my PC? Refer to section How to use for more details. Can I use this service if I do not own a PC? Yes you can use features like Phone Backup & Retrieval, music unlimited from/to the MTNL portal without having a personal computer.     E-MAIL How can I access my emails? You can use your cell phone, palm, PDA or any mobile device to access your email account from anywhere in the globe  .MobiFlexi provides you  with  all the option that you get while accessing the email from the computer   How can I configure my email account on cell phone? To configure your email account you have to login from your cell phone and  select “add new email account” and add the required  information after that you can access your emails for the configured account by selecting “manage my email account “.All the accounts being accessed must be POP3/IMAP enabled. For public accounts like Gmail go to the settings section of your email account in Gmail and enable POP3.Accounts like AOL will use imap protocol. How many accounts can I configure? The user can configure multiple Email accounts in Mobflexi. There is no restriction on number of email accounts What option can I perform on my emails? You can perform all option related to emails like checking, sending, deleting, forwarding, replying and saving emails  Can I view my emails attachment? Yes you can view all the attachments received with your mail irrespective of  file formats. Can I save, print and fax my emails attachment? The emails and its attachments can be saved on any isolated machine or machine in the network. Similarly any emails and its attachment can be printed on any printer present in the network or at remote location; similarly any email and its attachments can be faxed to any fax machine in the globe   FILES &FOLDER Do I need to do some settings to manage my files? There is no need to do any configuration. You have to just install the software .MobiFlexi will take care of every thing thereafter Which phone plan is required to use MobiFlexi? MobiFlexi do not need any special plan,the user just have to subscribe for internet data plan for his cell number What file formats can I view? You would be able to view all commonly used formats like doc, xls, ppt, pdf, txt, zip, jar, jpeg and many more What are the operations that I can perform on the file? You can perform all the common tasks with the file like View, delete, rename, and send it to mobile number, copy How can I copy file from one pc to another pc? You will have to browse the file from your one machine and then you can paste the file to another machine or network What about my privacy? The movement of document between networks is synchronous and seamless with no storage in between and user gets real time status of  any such action there is no storage about the any information (pertaining to your computer )shown to user   FAX Do I need to do some settings to to send my fax? The user does not have to do any configuration. The user just have to install the software Mobflexi will take care of every thing there after What if fax machine is not ready? MobiFlexi does retrial of faxes in case of failure .The retrial is done three to five times How to I know the status of my fax? The activity on your cellphone would show the exact status of the fax send by you. What about my privacy? The document or the content send for faxing is sent in a seamless manner to the destination. There is no storage in the transfer of the data.   PRINT Do  I need  to do any settings in MobiFlexi  or my cellphone to  print the document? No configuration is required. the user just has to install the software on machine/ network, MobiFlexi will take care of everything thereafter. Sometimes when my source and destination machines and printer are UP and on still the printer do not reach? When machines at both end and printer is  UP and on  and still print is not coming then please check your network connection by  checking the cables ,checking the net connection ,printer status and printer configuration What if my printer is in offline mode? You will be able to change your printer status from the Cell Phone Can I see my printer console? Yes you can view your printer console from the Cell Phone and take actions on the print jobs   MUSIC Can I store the songs played by me on my cellphone? Yes you can store the songs played by you on your  cell phone Do I need storage for all the songs that I want to play? If you do not wish to store songs on your mobile device then you do not require storage space for all the songs that you want to play Which formats of songs file are supported ? All commonly used formats like MP3, WAV, eAAC+ are supported   MY DEVICE Can I transfer data/content from my cell phone to my remote pc? Yes you can transfer data/content from your cell phone to any remote PC and vice-versa Is there any storage space required to view my transferred from my PC? No there is no storage space required to view your transferred content from your PC Is it possible to print and fax my cell phone data/content? Yes you can print and fax your cell phone data/content. Is there requirement for data cable or blue tooth to transfer my cell phone data/content to my remote PC?
